Grilled Pineapple Chipotle Burger

 2 tbsp chipotle concentrate
 1 tbsp brown sugar
 1 cup mayonnaise
 16 oz prime rib burger
 3 oz arugula
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 3 tbsp olive oil

Cook bacon ¾ of the way, then brush with 1 tbsp of chipotle concentrate, finish cooking.

Mix 1 tbsp chipotle concentrate with a cup of mayonnaise.

Toss the pineapple slice with brown sugar and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, continuously tossing until lightly caramelized.

Cook your prime rib burger until internal temperature is 155°f, toast your hamburger bun.

Assemble the burger using 2 tbsp of mayo on both sides of bun, 2 slices of pineapple and 3 slices of bacon.
