Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Butter or spay down ramekins or dish you intend on using.
In a small bowl add flour, oats, 1 Tablespoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and cold butter.
Mix with your hands or a folk until ingredients are mixed well and fully combined. Mixture should look crumbly.
In a large bowl add apples, juice of one lemon, white sugar, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon and mix to coat apples.
Once apples are fully coated, divide and transfer apples to ramekins.
Once ramekins are filled, add crumble mixture to the top and bake on a cookie sheet for 25-30 minutes.
When apples are finished, take out and let cool for 5 minutes.
Top with fresh whipped cream, or a scoop of ice cream.
