 2 lbs 5/16 Skin-on Fries
 Pro-Formance NT, HOS 50/50 Fry Oil
 Crispy Fried Onions Garnish as needed

Deep fry the hog wings at 375°F for 3 minutes, then dust with Grill Mates Brown sugar bourbon seasoning

Deep Fry the 5/16ths skin on fries for 3 minutes at 357°F then toss in the McCormick Culinary Guacamole & More seasoning. Don’t forget to use this seasoning when you are making your fresh guacamole!

Combine and whisk 2 cups of the TreeHouse Aged cheddar cheese sauce and 1 cup of the Cattlemen’s Sweet and Bold BBQ sauce. Add to a 1 qt saucepan and bring to a boil. Let the sauce simmer for 1 minute. Remove it form the heat and add it to a crockpot to keep it warm. This is a great home tip for you game day parties.
