Brownie Cheesecake Heart Stacks with Mixed Berry Sauce​

For the Berry Sauce:
 1.30 cups Granulated Sugar
 2 tbsp lemon juice
Assemble Dessert:
Garnish:
 Powder Sugar
 Whipped Cream ​
 Fresh Berries of Choice​

Combine ingredients in a sauce pot and place on low heat cooking until berries are softened, about 10 minutes.

Once berries are thawed, increase heat to medium.  Mash berries and continue to cook, stirring constantly while the liquid simmers.

Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency (it will continue to thicken as it cools), remove from heat and pour into containers to chill.

To assemble 1 serving of dessert:​

2 pieces of Premade Chocolate Fudge Brownie OR Premade Gluten Free Brownie cut into heart shapes

4 oz. Premade Gluten Free Scoopable Cheesecake

2 oz. Berry Sauce

Powdered sugar, whipped cream, fresh berries for garnish

Directions:

Place one piece of brownie on a plate.  Using a portion scoop (#24 suggested), place scoops of cheesecake on brownie.

Top with a second brownie.

Garnish as desired. The sauce can be heated slightly and served on the side or on the dish itself.

*Note: Brownie scraps can be saved to make Brownie Truffles​
