Cornbread Waffle with Candied Bacon Recipe

 ½ cup Corn Muffin Batter
 2 oz Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
 2 tbsp Green Onion, sliced
 3 slices Fresh Jalapenos
 2 tbsp Fresh Honey
 2 pieces, Thick Cut Bacon
 2 tbsp Granulated Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp On Top Whipped Cream

Mix Cheese and Green Onion into Muffijn Batter.

Make into ½ waffle.

Cook bacon until crisp, drain grease and sprinkle each side with granulated brown sugar.

Plate with On Top , Bacon, Jalapeno, and Honey.
