Prepare the Ground Turkey: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until it's fully browned and crumbled. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In the same skillet sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they become translucent and aromatic. Add 1 TBSP flour to this mixture until slightly thickened.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground turkey, sautéed onions and garlic, and the Mushroom Bisque. Mix well.
Prepare the Potato Tot Mix according to package instructions.
Mix the sweet corn, frozen peas, and shredded Colby Jack cheese into the turkey and mushroom mixture. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Grease a bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking
Layer the interior of the bundt pan with shredded cheese and hand made tater tots.
Pour the turkey and mushroom mixture on top of the tater tots, spreading it evenly
Add another layer of cooked tater tots on top of the turkey mixture.
Place the Bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots on top are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the hot dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Place a serving platter on top of the Bundt pan and carefully flip it upside down to release the hot dish.
Slice and serve your Minnesota-style Tater Tot Hot Dish while hot. Enjoy your comforting Midwestern meal!
