Harvest Salad with Vegan Chick’n Tenders

 3 cups Kale salad blend
 ¼ cup Red onion, julienne
 ½ cup Dried cherries or craisans
 ¼ cup Gala apple, thinly sliced
 3 oz Balsamic Vinaigrette
 2 oz Maple syrup
 4 Vegan chick'n tenders

Fry Chick’n Tenders and Slice.

Mix dressing with Maple Syrup.

Mix all ingredients less Chick’n Tenders.

Place in Serving Bowl.

Place sliced Chick’n Tenders on top of salad.

Serve with side of Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette.
