Loaded Cheddar Brisket Tots

 1 bag Potato tot mix
 8 oz Shredded beef brisket, chopped
 1 bunch Chives, chopped
 2 tbsp Smokehouse maple seasoning
 1 cup Shredded cheddar jack cheese
 4 oz Canned creamed corn
 2 oz Heavy cream
 2 oz BBQ sauce

Prepare 1 bag of Tot Mix.

Fold in chopped brisket, maple seasoning, cheese and ½ bunch of chives.

Portion 6 each with 1 T. scooper.

Roll and form tots.

Heat corn to boil, slowly whisk in heavy cream, add ¼ bunch of chives.

Fry tots until golden brown.

Plate with corn on one side of plate and bbq sauce on other.

Garnish with remaining chives.
