Lobster Bacon Pizza on Sourdough Tortilla

 1 12” Sourdough Tortilla
 2 oz Sriracha Aioli 
 6 oz Shredded Mozzarella & Provolone
 4 oz Lobster Sensations
 2 oz Fully Cooked Bacon, 1/4 inch Diced
 1 pinch Ranch Seasoning
 1 pinch Old Bay Seasoning

Add Sriracha Aioli to Sourdough tortilla, spread evenly leaving 1” for crust

Add 6oz of shredded Mozzarella & Provolone mix, spread evenly over top of Aioli

Sprinkle Lobster Sensations evenly around top of cheese.

Add Cherrywood Smoked Bacon over top of bacon

Add to Pizza oven for 4-6 minutes, until tortilla is crunch and cheese is evenly melted

Add Old Bay Style Ranch seasoning to top of pizza, let rest for 3 minutes prior to cutting
