 0.50 oz Rajili Sauce
 1 tsp Lime Juice

Heat the Deep Fryer: Fill a deep fryer with vegetable oil and heat it to 350°F

Fry the Wings: Carefully lower the seasoned wings into the hot oil using a wire basket or slotted spoon. Fry the wings for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Mango Tajin Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine the Chamoy and Rajili Sauce and Lime. Mix well to create the flavorful sauce.

Combine Diced Mango with Tajin and Dried Cilantro. Mix gently to incorporate the flavors.

Once the wings are fried and still warm, place them in a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared Chamoy and Rajili sauce mixture over the hot fried wings. Toss the wings gently to coat them evenly with the sauce.

Garnish with Mango Salsa: Spoon the mango and cilantro mixture over the top of the sauced wings, adding a refreshing and fruity contrast to the spiciness of the tajin sauce.
