Mongolian Beef Burrito

Mongolian Beef Burrito Recipe

 ½ lb Ground beef
 1 bunch Green onion
 1 cup White rice
 ½ bag Shredded cabbage
 ½ cup Soy sauce
 2 tbsp Minced garlic
 1 tbsp Minced ginger
  cup Brown sugar
 ½ tsp Sriracha
 1 cup Mayo

In a medium size bowl mix together cabbage, mayo, green onion, rice vinegar and siracha to create slaw for burrito. Set aside.

In a medium size pot, bring two cups of water to a bowl. Add in rice and reduce heat and put a lid on the pot. Cook until rice is tender and steamed, and free of water. Once rice is done, then poor ½ tablespoon of rice vinegar over rice and sitr until combined.

Next in a large pan that has been preheated over mid heat add sesame oil to the pan the being browning mea

Once browned, drain out fat and start added rice vinegar, garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.

Next add brown sugar, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Cook everything together until meat is sticky and not to wet.

You will now need to warm up large tortillas ang begin layering your meat mixture, rice and slaw into shell and roll into a burrito.

Once burritos have been assembled toast on each side in a pan until golden brown then serve.
