 1 tbsp Chocolate sauce
 3 Peppermint candies
 1 tbsp Royal icing with green food coloring
 1 oz Whipped cream with red food coloring
 Mint springGarnish

Drizzle plate with Green icing.

Coat top of cheesecake with chocolate sauce and place on plate.

Put red die in whipped cream bag and mix around.

Make a Rosset of whipped cream next to cheesecake.

Sprinkle with chopped peppermint candy.

Garnish with mint sprig and candy.
