Overnight Sunrise Banana’s Foster Parfait

Overnight Mix
 8 cups Greek Yogurt
 2 cups Whole Milk
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp salt
Banana Creme Pie Mixture
 16 oz Whole Milk
For Layering
 5 cups Bananas sliced (Fresh or IQF)
 2 ½ cups Kashi Cereal
 2 cups Honey and Oats bars- Crumbled
 2 cups Mallo Crème whipped topping
 1 ½ cups Caramel sauce premade

Prepare Overnight mix – in a medium bowl put in Greek Yogurt, whole milk 2 cups, brown sugar, salt then mix well. Add in the Sunrise Blend and again incorporate well. Plastic wrap and place into cooler. Leave for at least 18 hours.

Prepare the Banana Crème Pie mixture day before – place 16 oz of whole milk into a kitchen aid mixer then add in the 1 pack of powder banana crème pie. With the whip attachment start off on low speed till incorporated then move to medium high speed for approx. 4 to 5 minutes. The mixture should be firm and whipped. Keep in bowl or other container overnight in cooler.

Next day remove the Prepared Overnight mixture from cooler – with a spoon fold the mixture a few times and check seasoning – add additional salt and pepper as needed. - set aside on prep table.

Prepare the cups – Take your cups size you wish to use (clear 16oz cup with lid)

First layer at bottom of cup – ¼ cup of Kashi Cereal, then next layer of ¼ cup bananas and drizzle of caramel sauce.

Then place ½ cup of Sunrise yogurt mixture, then 2nd layer of ¼ cup of bananas.

Then Scoop in ½ cup of Banana Crème pie filling, level it off flat. Place one large dollop of the Mallo Crème, drizzle a little more caramel on top of all and sprinkle 1 Tbsp of Honey and Oats Crumble. Place a dome top on if you have and serve.

These parfaits will last 4 days completed and refrigerated.
