Pastrami Pepper Melt

 1 tbsp Mayonnaise​
 8 oz Sliced Pastrami​
 2 oz Sliced Provolone Cheese​
 3 tbsp Hot Pepper Relish​
 1 oz Spring Mix​
 2 tsp Brown Mustard​
 2 slices Sour Dough Bread​

Heat Pastrami on flat top and top with Hot Pepper Relish, then cheese. Toast until Cheese is melted

Toast Bread and build sandwich as desired​
