Peanut Butter Banana Muffins with Chocolate Drizzle
Yields18 Servings
 2 cups cold whole milk
  cup water
  cup Vegetable oil
 2 eggs
 12 oz all-purpose muffin mix

Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Coat 18 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or paper line; set aside.

Pour 2 cups cold milk into the bowl of an electric mixer; add Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix. Using the whisk attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Turn off and scrape sides. Continue mixing on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until firm. Cover and refrigerate.

Mix eggs, water, vegetable oil and Natural Peanut Butter together in the bowl of an electric mixer until blended together. Add muffin mix and blend until just combined. Do not overmix.

Scoop approximately 3 ounces batter into each prepared cup. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove muffins from pan and finish cooling on rack.

When muffins are completely cooled, transfer Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.

Insert tip into the top of the muffin. Push into muffin about 1-inch. Squeeze the Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix into the muffin, about 1 tablespoon, filling until it comes up to the top. Squeeze the filling in a circular motion to decorate the top.

Drizzle each with Chocolate dessert topping.
