Pineapple Mango Salsa

 2.50 cups Cut Pineapple Cubes
 2.50 cups Cut Mango Cubes
 ½ cup Red Onion, Small Diced​
 ½ cup Red Pepper, Diced​ Small
 ¼ cup Jalapenos, Diced, and Seeds Removed​
 ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, Fine Chop
 ¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice
 1 tbsp Lime Zest
 To Taste - Salt

Allow Pineapple and Mango to thaw under 41*f

In a medium mixing bowl combine all items and allow to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.

Adjust flavor with fine grind sea salt if needed.
