Plant Powered Chorizo PoutineĀ 

 4 oz Fine coat skin on lattice fries
 2 oz Plant-based chorizo
 2 oz Plant-based gravy
 2 oz White cheddar curds
 2 oz Sour cream
 1 tsp Chili lime seasoning
 1 tsp Dried cilantro
 2 dashes Hot sauce

Deep fry Cavendish Fine Coat Skin on Lattice Fries until crispy and hot.

Make plant-based gravy according to package directions.

Add Morningstar Farms Based Chorizo to hot gravy.

Deep fry Cheese curds and hold

Assemble Fries down first. Add chorizo gravy.

Top with cheese curds.

Add chili lime, dried cilantro, and hot sauce to sour cream to form a crema.

Put crema in a squeeze bottle and add on top of poutine.
