Roasted Beet Hummus Dip “Pink Dip”

 2 cups White Beans
 2 cups Roasted Beets
 2 cloves Garlic
 3 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Ground Cumin
 2 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
 2 tbsp Minced Chives
 ½ oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
For Dipping
 Sliced Baguette
 Fresh Cut Veggies

In a food processor add the drained beans, beets, garlic, oil, cumin and salt.

Puree until smooth adding more oil if necessary for spreadable consistency.

Garnish with sesame seeds, goat cheese and chives.

Serve with sliced baguette, crackers and veggies for dipping.
