Spicy Pineapple Cucumber Margarita

 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced​
 1 dehydrated habanero pepper​
 1 whole habanero seeded and diced​
 ¼ cup cilantro cleaned and chopped​
 8-12oz tequila​
 1 lime juiced​
 2 dried guajillo peppers​
 2 dried ancho peppers​
 2 dried chipotle peppers ​
 Coarse salt​
 1 Lime sliced for garnish​
 Ice

In a blender, combine the peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber, habanero pepper, pineapple rings, sweet and sour cocktail mix, and 8-12 ounces of tequila, depending on your desired strength. You can always add more tequila later if needed.

Squeeze the juice of one lime into the blender.​

Add ice to the blender to your desired thickness. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.​

In a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder, grind the dried peppers into a fine powder.​

Mix the pepper powder with coarse salt on a small plate or shallow dish.​

Take a slice of lime and rub it around the rim of your margarita glasses to moisten the rim

Dip the moistened rim into the chile-salt mixture to coat it evenly.​

Pour the spicy pineapple cucumber margarita mixture from the blender into your prepared glasses.​

Garnish with lime slices.​
