Turkey Barbacoa:

 8 Whole Grain Tortillas (6-inch)
Apple Pineapple Mango Slaw:​
 1 Diced Apple
 1 cup diced mango
 ¼ cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tsp Honey
 1 tbsp lemon juice (to prevent browning)​
Rice and Bean Mix:
 ½ cup Frozen corn
 ½ cup Salsa
Turkey Barbacoa:​

Heat the turkey barbacoa according to package instructions until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Whole Grain Tortillas:​

Warm the whole grain tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Apple Pineapple Mango Slaw:​
