Apple Pineapple Mango Slaw:​
 1 Diced Apple
 1 cup diced mango
 ¼ cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
 1 tsp Honey
 1 tbsp lemon juice (to prevent browning)​
Rice and Bean Mix:
 ½ cup Frozen corn
 ½ cup Salsa
Turkey Barbacoa:​
