Vegetarian Chicken Parmesan

 6 Vegan chick'n tenders
 1 jar Marinara sauce
 1 sleeve Fresh mozzarella
 ½ box Spaghetti noodles
 2 cups cloves Fresh garlic
 Basil
 Olive oil

In a large pot bring water to a bowl.

While water is waiting to bowl, heat a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil the pan and add garlic to sauté.

Once garlic is fragrant add marinara sauce to saucepan and stir. Lower heat and let simmer.

Add pasta to water and cook until al dente.

While noodles are boiling, add chicken tenders to the fryer and fry for 3 mins.

Once tenders are fully cooked put on a half cookie sheet and layer marinara and two slices of fresh mozzarella on top of 3 tenders.

Pop tenders in a salamander or 400-degree oven to broil.

Once cheese is melted and bubbly, take tenders out and put it over pasta and marinara sauce.

Garnish with fresh basil.
