Whipped Feta Dip with Roasted Strawberries

 2 lbs Strawberries sliced
 8 oz Feta Cheese
 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
 2 tsp Honey
 ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
 Pepper to taste
 4 oz olive oil, divided  
 1 22in sweet French baguette cut into 2 inch sections on a bias
 Fresh Basil

Toss thawed strawberries with balsamic and honey. Lay it out on a lined sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Whip feta cheese in a stand mixer or food processor with yogurt and 1oz of olive oil, and pepper.

Chill feta mixture

Place whipped feta in a bowl and top with roasted strawberries. Sprinkle with fresh basil.

Place sliced baguette in oven with a drizzle of remaining olive oil. Bake until it is crispy.

Serve whipped feta with toasted baguette on side for dipping.
